“ I’ve eaten pizza from this place multiple times now, and I can say that this one of my favorite pizza places in Monterrey. Their unique take on Chicago-style deep dish pizza is delicious, with traditional options and original creations. I don’t think you can easily find another place that servers such quality in the city. The bread has been consistent every single time, and it’s always light and fluffy. This pizza gives of the impression of being too starchy, but I found a perfect with the bread and the cheese stuffing. I personally love “El Tesoro de Moctezuma” (displayed in the picture), which is a perfect blend between this Chicago tradition with Mexican-inspired flavors. I’m reminded of a mollete whenever I order this pizza. The beans work as a very pleasant surprise replacement for the tomato sauce, and the Mexican chorizo plays the role of pepperoni exceptionally well. My experience with service in this kitchen has always been good, and I always feel like the owners provide a very personal care for my orders. I can only hope that they have a dine-in option soon. Overall, Believe in Pizza has me very pleased, and I would confidently recommend it to any pizza lover currently living or visiting Monterrey. ”
